Shipping Methods / US / International

We ship using USPS or UPS for front door delivery and offer free shipping on US orders.
Live shipping rates are available for expedited services at an additional cost with USPS and UPS.

The live shipping rates are displayed at checkout when you enter the ship to address.
International flat rate and expedited shipping time frames are based on the order destination.

To alleviate multiple package deliveries, we will make every effort to group your items into one shipment if possible.
We are not responsible for and bare no liability for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen due to the
shipping carrier or customs. Allow extra time to proceed through customs as transit times depend on
the destination country. We are also not responsible for packages that are refused or are deemed
undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address. If an issue occurs with non-delivery of any packages
ordered,contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.




International Duties / VATs / Taxes
Fourpaws Outerwear is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the shipment.
All additional taxes, fees and costs will be paid by the order recipient. Allow extra time to proceed through customs.

These costs associated include but are not limited to
  • Taxes, VATs, Dues or Tariffs set by the destination country.
  • Additional taxes and fees associated with the shipment.

Sales Tax
Only if you live in the state where our company is located will you be charged sales tax.


Combination Orders

To alleviate multiple shipments, when an order is placed for items that are both in-stock and made to order,
both items will be shipped together. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and 1 week for shipping.


Holiday Season

The holiday season brings a high volume of orders, so for made to order items to arrive in time

for a holiday or celebration,allocate enough time when placing the order. Please note that when ordering near a holiday,holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.




Back Order Items

Every effort is made to produce and ship our products in a timely manner. In the event that an item(s) go to back order status,
an email notification will be sent. At that point, the option will be given to cancel the order for a full refund.
If you proceed with the back order status, add 1-2 weeks production time and shipping time to receive the order.
International orders allow extra time based on the destination.



Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, we will send an email confirmation informing you that your order has been received.
You can track the status of your order by logging into My Account or using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
